AYSO Area 10D believes in
full disclosure of its financial position. As a branch of a non-profit
corporation, American Youth Soccer Organization (Tax ID # 95-6205398), we have a
policy of publishing our financial statements, at least, on an annual
basis. The financial statements published here are unaudited. As the
Area Director, I and my Treasurer, believe these statements fairly represent our
